Implementation Consulting Delivery Director to lead a growing Professional Services delivery organization supporting global customers across mid-market and enterprise environments.
This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for an experienced consulting delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced implementation environments, enjoys building and stabilizing high-performing teams, and can confidently partner with executive stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
Global Delivery & Customer Success-
Own end-to-end delivery success across a portfolio of customer implementations and consulting engagements
- Lead delivery execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, operational excellence, and predictable outcomes
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and customer service concerns
- Partner with executive stakeholders and customer leadership teams to drive successful implementations and long-term customer relationships
Build & Scale High-Performing Teams-
Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Consulting teams based in Bangalore
- Drive employee engagement, retention, organizational stability, and team development
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-centric culture across the delivery organization
Drive Operational Excellence-
Improve delivery efficiency, implementation timelines, and portfolio health
- Lead delivery governance, utilization management, and operational performance initiatives
- Support scalable delivery models that enable rapid customer onboarding and implementation success
Partner Across Business-
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, Product, and Services leadership teams
- Support smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation delivery
- Influence delivery strategy, customer experience, and continuous improvement initiatives
