Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of proven expertise in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, deep client engagement capabilities, and a strong track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions. This role demands exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead strategic, high-impact projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects, managing interdependencies and resource optimization.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring consistent satisfaction.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope, KPIs, and success metrics.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, including risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning.
Monitor project health through dashboards and analytics, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
Conduct executive-level status reviews and steerco meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance.
Ensure seamless handover to operations and support teams’ post-deployment

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in project and program management, including large-scale IT implementations.
Extensive experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Key Skills

Strategic leadership and enterprise program management.
Advanced client relationship and stakeholder management.
Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, GCP).
Experience with IBM Maximo and other enterprise asset management systems is a strong plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making in dynamic environments.
