As a Recruiter, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) for candidates—sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring they have the best experience with us. Think of yourself as a career matchmaker, helping great people meet their dream opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Hunt for talent on job portals, LinkedIn, and other cool platforms

Talk to candidates and figure out if they’re the “right fit” (a little detective work)

Schedule interviews and keep the process running smoothly

Build and update our candidate database

Spread good vibes by making sure every candidate has a positive experience
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2 to3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.

Great communication & people skills (you enjoy talking to people!)

Organized, curious, and eager to learn

Familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards = brownie points
