JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
- Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment & Journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile party ledgers.
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Manage stock and inventory accounting.
- Verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle GST & TDS-related accounting.
- Prepare monthly accounting and MIS reports.
- Monitor customer outstanding and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase & Warehouse teams.
- Assist in audit and finalization of accounts.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Tally Prime – Mandatory
MS Excel – Good knowledge
GST & TDS knowledge
FMCG / Distribution Accounting experience
Stock & Inventory Accounting
Party Ledger Reconciliation
Good numerical and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Distribution / Wholesale / Trading companies will be preferred.
Relevant FMCG accounting experience is highly preferred.
