Role & Responsibilities :
- Attend to internal and client queries and requests via voice, chat, and email
- Support client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide voice support to resolve client and cross-functional team queries
- Handle text-based support through chat and email channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Update business directories as per client requirements
- Maintain clear documentation of queries, resolutions, and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good computer operating skills
- Prior experience in chat process, email support, or voice process is a must
- Basic experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Ability to multitask across voice and text channels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
