Job Title: Senior Recruiter
_ Key Responsibilities:_
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → on boarding)
- Handle multiple open positions across departments
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
3. Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct initial HR screenings (skills, culture fit, salary expectations)
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Provide market insights (salary trends, talent availability)
5. Employer Branding
- Represent company professionally to candidates
- Improve candidate experience throughout hiring process
6. Offer Management & Negotiation
- Handle salary discussions and offer rollouts
- Ensure smooth on boarding coordination

Pay: ₹13,407.12 - ₹41,358.60 per month
