- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Hotel Engineering or a related technical field
- Technical Knowledge
- The candidate should have strong knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical distribution systems
- Plumbing and water treatment
- Diesel Generator (DG) operations
- Boilers and steam systems
- Elevators and escalators
- Fire alarm and firefighting systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Preventive maintenance software (CMMS)
- Energy efficiency and sustainability practices
- Key Skills
- Leadership and team management
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
