Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chemistry Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in chemistry, mentoring students, preparing course materials, and actively contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lectures in Chemistry (General/Inorganic/Organic/Physical, based on expertise).
- Teach students at [mention level – e.g., high school, undergraduate, or competitive exam level (IIT-JEE/NEET)].
- Develop and update course content, lab manuals, and teaching resources.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
- Provide academic support, counseling, and mentorship to students.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.
- Engage in research activities, workshops, or training (if applicable).
- Stay updated with the latest developments in chemistry and educational technology.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry or related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputed institution or coaching center.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong grasp of subject fundamentals and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools and online platforms (for hybrid or online classes).
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching for competitive exams (IIT-JEE / NEET / SAT / AP Chemistry).
- Certification in teaching methodologies or edtech tools.
Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications.
