We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team in Kuttanad. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining company services, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Explain company services and offers clearly
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Coordinate with the team for lead management
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to speak Malayalam and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
