Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate KPO to support import-export operations, EOU compliance, customs documentation, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation management, compliance coordination, and import-export processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesImport-
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, accounts, and internal teams for smooth operational activities.
- Monitor Job Work Challan closures and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate and support import-export activities with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with STPI authorities for compliance and regulatory matters.
- Validate and verify FORM-A and Bill of Entry (BOE) records.
- Prepare duty forgone reports and IOT duty payment reports.
- Update and monitor B-17 Bond entries and re-credit transactions on ICEGATE.
- Track outstanding bills and coordinate with the Finance team for timely closure.
- Handle customs intimations related to scrap disposal and stock transfers.
- Validate job work permissions and re-export documentation.
- Monitor FOC shipments, GRW transactions, and customs-related documentation.
- Provide compliance reports, data, and documentation as required on priority.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com) or Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Import-Export Operations, EOU Compliance, GST, Dispatch Documentation, or related functions.
- Understanding of import-export documentation and customs procedures.
- Good documentation and record management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and compliance timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of customs documentation and regulatory filings.
- Experience in EOU, STPI, SEZ, or compliance-related processes.
- Familiarity with ICEGATE and statutory compliance reporting.
- Understanding of GST and dispatch documentation.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
