- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu offerings
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Monitor inventory and manage raw material requirements
- Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff
- Manage production schedules to meet daily demand
- Ensure minimal wastage and cost control.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
