We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design sensibility, strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring exceptional client experiences
Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and project objectives.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare space planning layouts and furniture layouts.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, fabrics, and accessories.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget
Technical Drawings
3D Visualization
Site Coordination
- Visit project sites regularly.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.
- Resolve site-related design and execution challenges.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
Project Management
- Prepare project timelines.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track project progress.
- Ensure timely completion within budget.
- Maintain project documentation.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with material suppliers and vendors.
- Source new materials and products.
- Compare quotations and finalize selections.
- Ensure timely procurement.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior designers.
- Review drawings before submission.
- Delegate work efficiently.
- Conduct design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
