Description
Snapmint is looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Support Engineer who can manage end-user systems, endpoint security, device compliance, and IT operations across Mac, Linux, and Windows environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern device management tools, endpoint security solutions, and vendor coordination.

Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints.
Administer JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica platforms.
Configure device policies, patch management, compliance, and endpoint security.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, network, and access-related issues.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, asset allocation, and access provisioning.
Manage software deployment, license tracking, and IT asset inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranties, and support.
Monitor security alerts and ensure timely remediation.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, and support logs.
Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows administration.
Experience with JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security, DLP, device management, and access control.
Proficiency in troubleshooting OS, network, email, VPN, and user access issues.
Understanding of Active Directory/Identity Management, patch management, and security best practices.
Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
Exposure to automation/scripting tools.
Relevant endpoint management or security certifications.
