Technical Service & Support
- Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory equipment, including:
- Biosafety Cabinets (BSC)
- Laminar Air Flow (LAF) Units
- Hot Air Ovens
- Incubators
- Centrifuges
- Deep Freezers
- Refrigerators
- Other laboratory analytical and support equipment
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities at customer sites.
- Diagnose equipment faults and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of installed equipment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain service reports, installation reports, maintenance records, and calibration documents.
- Ensure timely completion of customer documentation and service records.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts, service calls, and customer interactions.
- Support documentation requirements related to laboratory compliance and quality standards.
BSL Laboratory Knowledge
- Possess working knowledge of Biosafety Level (BSL) laboratories.
- Understand installation and maintenance requirements of equipment used in BSL facilities.
- Follow biosafety protocols and safety guidelines during service activities.
AMC/CMC Business Development
- Promote and generate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) business.
- Coordinate with customers for contract renewals and service support.
- Identify opportunities for spare parts sales and service business expansion.
- Support sales and service teams in achieving AMC/CMC targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide prompt and professional customer support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and basic user training when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in servicing laboratory analytical and scientific equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Good understanding of Biosafety Cabinets, LAFs, Incubators, Centrifuges, Deep Freezers, and related laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of BSL Lab requirements and laboratory safety practices.
- Experience in handling service documentation and compliance records.
- Knowledge of AMC/CMC business management and customer support.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and nearby regions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
