About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 6 - 7 years of experience who can own projects end-to-end from requirements through delivery — while engaging meaningfully with the underlying technical architecture. You’ve worked across cloud infrastructure, databases, and system design, and you use that knowledge to write better requirements, spot risks earlier, and keep engineering and business aligned throughout.
Required Skills
- 6–7 years of BA experience in complex, technically demanding software delivery environments
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles — not just requirements, but delivery ownership
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — services, deployment models, environments, and how architecture decisions impact delivery
- Working knowledge of databases — relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) — and experience engaging with data teams on schema, pipelines, and reporting
- Ability to read and contribute to system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specs
- Hands-on Jira experience at a project management level — epics, dependencies, release tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Strong Confluence documentation skills — structured, navigable, and maintained
- Deep Agile/Scrum fluency — you understand velocity, capacity planning, and how to keep a team delivering predictably
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable in both boardrooms and engineering standups.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
