- Monitor sales of the assigned outlets and its profitability.
- Manage regular meetings and ensure all outlets to adhere to polar bear standards.
- Take care of required stock levels, ensure reduction in wastage.
- periodic visit to each outlet (Daily 2 outlets minimum).
- address operational issues promptly to maintain seamless operation.
- Responsible for upholding outlet performances and audit compliances.
- Manage and mentor store manager and other employees in retaining and promoting.
- Responsible for hiring quality employess and planning training plan.
