Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Take customer orders and update details properly in the system/register.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily calling records and order reports.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets assigned by management.
- Inform customers about offers, schemes, and company updates.
- Ensure proper communication etiquette during all calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork capability.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
