Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave, and employee performance data.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and support workplace engagement initiatives.
Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Maintain financial documents and accounting databases.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
