Your Role
As a Jr. STEM & Robotics Coach, you'll conduct engaging STEM learning sessions, guide students through hands-on projects, and contribute to building future-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting STEM & Robotics sessions
Support senior coaches during workshops and classroom activities
Coordinate with the STEM & Robotics team on daily operations
Maintain reports, documentation, and student records
Report progress to the reporting manager
Submit work updates through SumHR or the assigned project management tool
What We're Looking For
Passion for STEM education and innovation
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Basic knowledge of Robotics, Coding, or Electronics
Ability to engage and inspire students
Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills
Arduino or Raspberry Pi experience
Teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience
Lesson planning or curriculum design knowledge
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (Science/Computer Science) or equivalent
Hindi & Gujarati are Mandatory
