- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and issue entry passes as per security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff for cleaning schedules, room readiness, and special requests
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of reception and common areas
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms or facility spaces
- Handle complaints or service requests and escalate when necessary
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management
