Position: Technical TrainerJob Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on technical subjects such as Programming, Data Structures, Database Management Systems, Cloud Computing, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related technologies.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, labs, and project-based learning sessions.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor students and guide them in project development and career preparation.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with industry requirements.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of one or more technologies: Python, Java, SQL, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), AI/ML, or Full Stack Development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in technical domains will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in technical training, software development, or related fields.
- Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or corporate training is preferred.
