Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and exposure to automation practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end testing, defect management, and working closely with development teams to ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning and QA reviews
- Ensure product quality before production releases
Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts
- Experience in SDLC & STLC
- Good understanding of defect life cycle
- Experience with test case design techniques
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman preferred)
Good to Have:
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic scripting knowledge (Java / Python / JavaScript)
