Job Overview: An Inside Sales Executive role focused on generating new business opportunities for our recruitment and staffing services. The position involves lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, prospect engagement, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and online research.
- Use lead-generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients requiring recruitment and staffing services.
2. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Attract and engage new clients for recruitment services.
- Understand prospect requirements and introduce relevant recruitment solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
3. Email Marketing & Outreach
- Execute targeted email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Draft and send professional outreach emails to prospective clients.
- Track responses and follow up with interested prospects.
4. Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Work towards achieving defined lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales. Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of lead-generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Pay: ₹20,433.83 - ₹30,017.72 per month
