About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and build long-term relationships with clients in the IT services sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and selling IT services such as software development, web & mobile app development, digital marketing, and other technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and propose customized IT service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Work closely with the technical and delivery team to ensure smooth project handover.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
