We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote the company's products or services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
