Job Description
• Supervise and lead a team of HR Shared Services representatives • Implement and maintain HR service delivery standards and procedures • Resolve escalated HR service issues and inquiries from employees and managers • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure alignment with overall HR strategies and goals.
