Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) – International BFSI
Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Success Associates / Customer Support Executives for an International BFSI Chat Process. This role involves handling customer queries through chat and providing excellent service while managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat support in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage 2 or more concurrent chat conversations effectively.
- Provide accurate information related to financial services and products.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with BFSI process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of BFSI experience (Mandatory).
- Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts.
