Meet with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Ops) to understand pain points and define automation scope
Map current workflows and identify bottlenecks, error rates, and manual effort
Design end-to-end automation architecture (logic interface integrations)
Document workflows, constraints, and success metrics with stakeholders
Write production-grade automation code using LLMs, APIs, and scripting languages
Build interfaces in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or integrated platforms
Test automation with real data, edge cases, and failure scenarios
Deploy to production and monitor for errors, latency, and edge cases
