About the Role
Red Dash Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can produce engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills, a good command of English, and the ability to adapt their writing style according to different brands, audiences, and content formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, original, and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Create SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and proper content structure.
- Research topics, industries, competitors, and target audiences to develop accurate and valuable content.
- Write and edit website copy, blog articles, social media captions, product/service descriptions, and promotional content.
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, easy to understand, and aligned with the brand's tone and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the SEO, Social Media, Design, and Marketing teams to develop content strategies and campaigns.
- Proofread and edit existing content to improve clarity, readability, and engagement.
- Stay updated with content marketing, SEO trends, social media trends, and industry developments.
- Deliver assigned content within deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ensure content is original, plagiarism-free, and factually accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, editing, and research skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Ability to write in different tones and formats for different audiences.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools is an added advantage, but the ability to produce original human-quality content is essential.
