Job Description:
- Pre-Execution Activities:
· Collate LOI from the client, Study General Condition of Contract (GCC), Standard Condition of Contract (SCC), Technical Specification, Interpret conditions with special reference to execution and commercial terms
· Assist in preparation of L2 schedule
· Assist in preparing control budget for execution of the project
· Assist in formulating material and logistic plan i.e setting up offices, Stores, IT infrastructure, Guesthouse, Vehicle plan, tool & tackles, safety equipment and material etc.
· Monitor deployment of manpower as per the plan
· Assist in collating survey & BOQ’s reports from sites and coordinate with Engineering and Design for finalization of execution drawings
· Upload the approved BOQ’s in ERP software
· Raise Sales Order (SO) for materials as per plan and ensure completion of FULL KIT as soon as possible
· Conduct flow meeting with Purchase team for materials
· Conduct meetings/ con – call with site to ascertain progress, resource needs and problem areas
· Verification of work done and approval of subcontractor’s invoices
· Liaison with finance and associated department for early clearance of subcontractor’s invoices
· Monitor material reconciliation reports with the subcontractors viz a viz obtained JMC with the client
· Conduct periodic reviews meetings and review the progress of the block, vis-z-vis plan, review material status, billing status, and take remedial measures if any
· Organize financial review to ascertain that execution is within the budget
· Assist in billing & collection
· Coordinate periodic monitoring of all stores, conduct of periodic audits of all stores and accounts at site
· Coordinate periodic inspections of all company property tool & tackles, Vehicles, etc
· Coordinate, liaison with equipment’s suppliers, testing agencies, inspecting agencies etc.
- Post Execution Activities:
· Monitor & ensure timely submission of bills
· Monitor cost of execution viz a viz planned cost
· Monitor maintenance of records of material consumption Actual v/s Survey
· Monitor parity of the certified quantity by the client V/S sub-contractor quantity
· Monitor material reconciliation of issued material v/s JMC certified material
· Submit periodical reports to Senior Management
· Periodical audits of the stores and accounts
· To oversee process in order to ensure all compliances are met for smooth project closure
· Monitor that labour license is obtained from Labour Commissioner
· Coordinate & ensure all the insurances policies as per LOI are obtained and are live for the duration of the project
Coordinate & ensure legal compliances are met at site i.e PF, ESIC, minimum wages etc
Essential Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering Or Diploma in Engineering [Electrical Specialization]
Experience: Minimum 4- 8 YEARS
Must have field Execution Knowledge in Project
Project planning & improvement initiatives
Must have knowledge of material handling, storage & logistics
Must have knowledge of Safety equipment and safety practices
Knowledge of Finances
Ability to identify, nurture and develop talent
Pay: ₹10,942.59 - ₹42,178.48 per month
