Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Life Insurance policies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high policy renewal rates.
Provide excellent after-sales service, helping clients handle queries and documentation smoothly.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Company : Bharti Axa Life Insurance company
Education: Minimum Plus Two (12th Standard) or any higher graduation.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years old.
Experience/Mindset: Prior sales experience is a big plus, but a strong passion for sales and a target-oriented mindset are absolutely mandatory.
