Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and professional etiquette, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves close collaboration with leadership, patients, clients, collaborators, institutions, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, confidential records, and executive documentation.
- Liaise with hospitals, laboratories, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to support business and operational activities.
- Monitor and track tasks, deadlines, meetings, and administrative workflows while maintaining organized records and databases.
- Support social media communications, wellness events, branding initiatives, and digital outreach activities as required.

Experience
- 2– 4 years of relevant experience preferred
