Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecalling Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales and telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and promote company services effectively.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, telecalling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good objection-handling and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
