Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machines safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings during production.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
- Report machine faults or breakdowns to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain production records accurately.
- Follow safety rules and use the required PPE at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and organized (5S).
- Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.
- Complete daily production targets as assigned.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or Higher Secondary (preferred).
- Experience in machine operation is preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
