Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, implementing ERP solutions, conducting user training, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Configure and implement ERP solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Prepare functional documents, implementation plans, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and enhancements.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and validation activities.
- Conduct end-user training and provide go-live support.
- Assist clients in process optimization and ERP adoption.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of implementation activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.
- Knowledge of Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, CRM, HR, or related business processes.
- Basic to Intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Documentation and project coordination capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, BBA, MBA, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in ERP Consulting, ERP Implementation, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.
- Freshers with strong business and technical aptitude may also be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of database concepts and reporting tools.
- Understanding of business operations and process mapping.
- Experience in customer onboarding and training.
