Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Qualification
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling real estate leads and customer databases.
- Knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
