Zafco HRM is looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager (Overseas Recruitment) to join our growing team.
Position: Recruitment Manager – Overseas
Experience Required: 5–7 Years in Overseas Recruitment
Team Handling: Ability to manage and lead a team of 10 Recruiters
Salary Package: ₹7.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise overseas recruitment operations
Manage end-to-end hiring processes for international clients
Coordinate with sourcing teams, clients, and candidates
Ensure timely mobilization and documentation compliance
Train, motivate, and monitor recruiter performance
Develop recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in Gulf / International recruitment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and documentation
