Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient registrations and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinical staff regarding patient appointments
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a professional clinic environment
- Process billing, payments, invoices, and receipts
- Manage patient files and confidential information securely
- Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks
- Assist in patient relationship management and customer service activities
- Maintain daily reports, attendance, and appointment logs
- Support marketing or promotional activities when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or clinic settings preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, appointment software)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
