Job Title: Pharmacy In-Charge

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy In-Charge to oversee and manage the overall pharmacy operations across our three dermatology, skin, and hair clinic branches in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pharmacy administration, inventory management, stock tracking, and regulatory compliance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage pharmacy operations for all three clinic branches.
- Ensure the availability of medicines, consumables, and pharmacy supplies at all locations.
- Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Implement effective stock management and stock tracking systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
- Monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure timely disposal/replacement of expired products.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and healthcare standards.
- Generate and maintain pharmacy-related reports, stock records, and documentation.
- Analyze inventory consumption trends and recommend improvements for cost control.
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff across branches.
- Coordinate with clinic management and branch teams to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of stock management, stock tracking, and inventory control.
- Experience handling multi-branch pharmacy operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure operational efficiency across multiple locations.
