The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and articulate Ayurveda graduate to become the first point of contact for individuals seeking information about Tanmatra Ayurveda and our treatment programmes.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Ayurveda who enjoys educating and guiding people, even if they do not wish to pursue a clinical consultation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Speak with prospective patients who enquire about Tanmatra Ayurveda and our services.
Understand their concerns and explain our treatment approach in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about consultations, treatment programmes, and wellness packages.
Guide individuals in making informed decisions about their healthcare journey without using aggressive sales techniques.
Build trust through meaningful conversations that reflect Tanmatra's values and philosophy.
Coordinate appointments and facilitate a smooth transition to the consulting doctors when required.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up communications.
Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Who We Are Looking For
BAMS degree is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi. Additional languages are an advantage.
A warm, patient, and empathetic approach to conversations.
Ability to explain Ayurvedic concepts in simple and relatable language.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand patient needs.
Well-organised with good documentation and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Alignment with Tanmatra's values of integrity, authenticity, and patient-first care.
This Role Is Ideal For:
