RESTAURANT MANAGER / FLOOR MANAGER / CAPTAIN
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Floor Managers, and Captains to lead restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
- Supervise service staff and ensure proper shift management.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bakery, Cashier, and Store teams.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage table turnover and optimize guest seating.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.
- Train and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in Restaurants, Hotels, Cafés, or QSRs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
