Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and business growth for our modular kitchen, wardrobe, and home interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, client relationship, and business development skills with experience in the modular interiors industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through leads, references, architects, builders, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior and modular furniture requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to project completion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the modular interiors, furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, or home interiors industry.
- Good understanding of modular products and interior solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Own vehicle is preferred for client visits.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
