Remote YouTube Video Editor (Full-Time / Freelance)
We are looking for a creative and fast-paced YouTube Video Editor to join our growing personal brand & content team.
This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who understands modern YouTube retention editing, storytelling, shorts/reels style pacing, and audience psychology.

Our goal is to build a strong personal brand through high-retention YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and social media content.
Responsibilities
- Edit YouTube long-form videos
- Create engaging Shorts/Reels from podcasts & long videos
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, zooms, transitions, sound effects, B-roll, hooks, etc.
- Improve viewer retention through pacing and storytelling
- Understand viral editing styles used by modern creators
- Create thumbnails (bonus)
- Work with strategist/content team for faster iterations
Requirements
- Experience editing YouTube videos professionally
- Good understanding of audience retention
- Must know:
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
- Basic motion graphics
- Sound design
- Fast-paced social media editing
- Understanding of YouTube trends & hooks
- Ability to deliver on time
- Good internet & communication
Preferred
- Experience editing for personal brands/coaches
- Knowledge of storytelling psychology
- Thumbnail design skills
- Experience with Hindi/Hinglish content
- Understanding of Instagram & TikTok style editing
