The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the school's reception area and serving as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to ensure smooth front office operations and provide a welcoming experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, visitor register, and front office records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the Principal and school administration.
- Assist in student admissions by providing information, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the admissions team.
- Maintain student, parent, and staff records with confidentiality.
- Issue visitor passes and ensure compliance with school security protocols.
- Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and school departments.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Handle fee-related inquiries and direct parents to the appropriate department.
- Ensure timely communication of school notices, circulars, and announcements.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Principal or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, administration, or customer service.
- Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.

Working Conditions
