We are recruiting a focused and disciplined Crypto P2P Merchant / Funding Operator to manage capital deployment, buy/sell orders, and high-volume fiat-to-crypto transactions. This role is strictly execution-based, focusing entirely on capital liquidity, arbitrage, and processing large transfer amounts securely through the Binance P2P network.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital & Order Management: Execute high-volume buy and sell orders on the Binance P2P platform, matching localized fiat currencies with stablecoins (USDT/USDC) or major crypto assets.
- Amount & Float Tracking: Rigorously monitor trading bank accounts and crypto funding balances to ensure fluid liquidity and zero idle capital.
- Escrow & Release Verification: Handle rapid payment verifications; execute the "Quick Receive" and "Quick Cancel" functions safely only after absolute confirmation of bank deposits to eliminate fraud or chargeback risks.
- Ad Pricing & Optimization: Create, monitor, and adjust competitive bid/ask advertisements on the Binance merchant portal to maximize profit margins via localized crypto arbitrage.
- Dispute Settlement: Manage and resolve stuck orders, uncooperative buyers/sellers, or transaction appeals through Binance's 24/7 support and escrow system.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
