We are hiring for Ocean customer service Executive
Industry - Freight Forwarding
Salary - 4.2LPA
location - Chennai
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on ocean import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Track shipments and provide regular ETD, ETA, booking, and delivery status to customers.
- Manage shipping documentation, including SI, BL, pre-alerts, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate booking, cargo pickup, customs clearance, and final delivery activities.
- Resolve shipment-related issues, delays, and customer complaints through proactive follow-up.
- Prepare and share shipment status reports and MIS with customers and management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure SLA/TAT and service quality are achieved.
