Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations with a strong focus on driving sales, managing orders, maintaining store upkeep, and ensuring effective visual merchandising. The role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and customer-handling skills to ensure smooth store functioning and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive in-store sales by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Order Forwarding & Processing
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely forwarding to the concerned departments or warehouse.
- Coordinate with the production team to track order status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all orders, invoices, and dispatch details.
- Follow up on pending or delayed orders and communicate updates to customers.
Store Upkeep & Management
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock organization.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure anti-theft tag is tagged onto all the products available in store.
Store Display & Visual Merchandising
- Plan and execute attractive store displays aligned with brand colours and guidelines.
- Ensure products are well-presented, properly tagged, and visually appealing.
- Refresh displays regularly to highlight new collections, promotions, or seasonal themes.
- Maintain consistency in visual merchandising across the store.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
