ECOMMERCE/WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Experience: 3-4 years in E-commerce warehouse management preferred
Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma in SCM/Logistics Operations preferred

The Warehouse/E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and efficient functioning of the warehouse at Ernakulam. The role involves managing inventory, warehouse operations, order processing, dispatch, documentation and warehouse personnel while ensuring accurate and timely movement of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily warehouse activities, including inwarding, unloading, checking, storage, picking, packing, billing, dispatch of goods and auditing.
- Ensure proper verification of incoming stock against invoices, delivery documents and system records, including quantity, SKU and product condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage, identification, stacking and placement of products.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of products to meet order and distribution requirements.
- Oversee the complete order fulfilment and dispatch process, ensuring the correct orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and within the required timelines.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily duties, monitor productivity and ensure proper discipline, attendance and work standards, and take overall responsibility for ensuring smoot, accurate and timely warehouse operations with minimum stock loss, discrepancies and delays.
- Ensure daily auditing and stock verification and reconciliation with system records and promptly identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records and documentation relating to inward and outward stock, invoices, delivery challans, stock adjustments, damages and returns.
- Coordinate with principal business representatives, vendors, transporters/distribution teams and other concerned parties for smooth warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Monitor and control damaged, defective, excess, short and returned stock, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, safety and security standards.
- Prepare regular MIS and operational reports covering inventory, inward/outward movement, dispatches, pending orders, damages and other warehouse activities.
- Monitor warehouse expenses and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and other resources. Identify operational gaps and implement suitable measures to improve productivity, stock accuracy, turnaround time and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Prepare and submit monthly claims to principal business for all eligible operations expenses, ensuring timely submission with supporting documents and follow-up until settlement.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and business requirements, safety standards and established warehouse practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
