Position Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, identifying potential customers, and driving revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, market outreach, client relationship management, promotional activities, and conversion of prospects into customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about helping customers discover effective wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, physiotherapists, wellness centers, corporate organizations, and prospective customers.
- Convert leads into sales through effective presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and growth opportunities.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, wellness camps, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through proactive prospecting.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Camex Wellness and its wellness solutions.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, social networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and existing customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Support local branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and wellness education activities.
- Participate in outdoor promotional events and city-level marketing programs.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
