Job Summary
The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating placements of candidates trained under various skill development and government projects. The role involves employer engagement, organizing placement drives, maintaining placement records, coordinating with training teams, and ensuring placement targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, corporate partners, and recruitment agencies.
- Identify employment opportunities aligned with candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate placement drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer interactions.
- Assist candidates with interview scheduling, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
- Track placement targets and ensure timely achievement as per project guidelines.
- Maintain candidate placement records, offer letters, joining status, and employer feedback.
- Coordinate with project teams, trainers, and center managers for placement planning.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly placement MIS reports.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups for candidate retention and employer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project and government reporting requirements.
- Build long-term partnerships with industries for recurring hiring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (HR/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, corporate relations, or skill development projects.
- Experience in Government Skill Development Projects (NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, CSR, or State Skill Missions) will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
